• 60 Minute Initial Coaching Session: During our first session together we will discuss your business, your story, your background, your values, etc. We'll talk about your current challenges, failures, and successes. We'll discuss your vision, your dreams, and your long term goals. I will work to uncover and understand the heart and soul behind your business, and provide education and insight on branding as it applies to your specific industry.

• Brand Assessment and Walk-through: Now that I've gained a better understanding of your business, it's time for a brand assessment. I'm going to walk through every phase of a customer's journey--from finding you on social media or google, to navigating your website, to making a purchase or receiving a service, and so on.  I will examine all aspects of your business with a keen and thorough eye to determine any underlying issues in your current branding, marketing, systems, space, etc. Think of me like Gordon Ramsey on Kitchen Nightmares, but a WHOLE lot nicer and with far fewer F-bombs. 😉

• 60 Minute Brand Coaching Session & custom Branding Blueprint ​​This is the fun part! After gaining an understanding of your business, I will provide you with my assessment. You'll receive a Branding Blueprint--a creative list of strategies for transforming your existing brand into one that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Think of this Blueprint as a treasure chest of ideas and insights that will spark your imagination and provide clarity as to how you can elevate your business. These strategies will vary greatly depending on the nature of your business, but might include:​

- Editing or overhauling your website

- Refreshing or re-designing your logo, color scheme, and design elements

- Updating the decor and ambiance of your space

- Updating marketing materials

- Working on staff management and bringing your team on board with brand values

- Improving internal systems

- Overhauling your social media tone and style--as well as systems for creating effective posts

- Taking photographs for use on social media, website, etc.

- And most importantly---a variety of creative, out-of-the-box, and unique-to-you ideas for attracting and sustaining clients​

 

I will be available to follow through on any strategy in your Blueprint (rates for each project will be outlined to you), or if a specific project falls outside of my wheelhouse--I will refer you to a creative professional who can assist you. Keep in mind that you are under no obligation to follow through on all or any of the strategies I'll propose to you... it is simply my hope to get your creative wheels turning and to leave you with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to grow your brand!
