This was one of my favorite brand identities to create, since it was made for someone very special... my best friend and husband--Jared Nyerick! Jared got his Contractor's License in 2016 (I was SO proud) and decided to branch off on his own to open Nyerick Electric. Naturally I took it upon myself to help him with his logo, website, and brand identity. He wanted something simple, classic, and approachable so we went with bold custom lettering paired with a simple electricity symbol. Additionally, I designed his business card and website. I used dark green tones to provide a sense of grounding and reliability, a pop of yellow to reflect light and electricity, and warm wood grain textures for approachability. I love the way this look came together and it's been amazing to watch his business grow!
